Installations
12 beds divided between five double rooms, all with full bathroom. Vestibule, two lounges, hall, dining room, kitchen; central heating. Outside there is a beautiful with terraces and swimming pool. Car park.

Accomodation
The forms of accomodation offered by agroturism are designed precisely to meet customers needs. Our custumers can thus opt for:
- Renting independent rooms, breakfast services and cleaning included.
- Renting the full house (12 places). You can choose from rates which include breakfast and cleaning services and rates that include only renting the premises.
Normal users of the full house rental are: families with children, groups of friends; riding clubs, groups of cyclists; cooking schools; painting academies ('painting in the country...'); etc.

Extra Services A wide range of complementary services are available to our customers (breakfasts; lunches and suppers; snacks; picnics; cleaning service, etc.)

Snack. A service in great demand by our customers. These consist in a tasty "tea" which includes: bread, wine, cheese, fruit, coffee, etc. It is served in the dinig room or in the gardens at the time our customers request this.

In the rates that not include cleaning, it is our guests responsability to ensure proper upkeep and cleaning of the establishment. In all cases the swiming pool area will be shared, where applicable, with the family owning the agroturism site, which assumes the responsability for maintenance of the garden and swiming pool.

USE OF THE KITCHEN. All the forms of renting the full house include free use of the kitchen. Any agroturism guests who have not rented the full house can make free use of the kitchen for simple things (sandwiches, heating up babies bottles, etc.), depending of the availability.

BARBECUE. Free use for groups housed in agroturism (rental of full house). Service for rental of the kitchen and barbecue for non-customers: 20€ / person per day, does not include the food.

SELF SERVICE MINI-BAR 24 HOUR SERVICE. Selection of Majorca wines and softdrinks available exclusively to our customers.
