Son Penyaflor, "possessió" that is located in the "Serra de Tramuntana", on the slopes of the mountain where the ruins of Alaró Castle are to be found.

One reaches the Casas de Son Penyaflor along a lane that belongs to the property itself, and which is bordered by olive groves, almond trees, carobs, pines and holm oaks. The origins of this "possessió" date back to the XIII century, with the present building being the result of several well designed changes which, over the years, have respected the beauty and sobriety that are so characteristic of the Majorcan "possessions".

The almond trees in full blossom make a splendid show in the month of february.

And it is here in these privileged surroundings where the AGROTURISMO SON PENYAFLOR is located in some of the outbuildings of the old houses of the "possessió".
